| Mapping Layers: |
| In the Map Layers Tab click on each folder icon to see the map layers available for viewing. Layers can be turned on off by checking or unchecking the box next to each. Click on the layer name for the option to fade or un-fade the color of the mapping layer so other layers can show through. If a layer is located below another one in the catalog it may not show fully. To show, either fade the top layer or check it off. |
| Identify Tab & Tax Lot Info: |
| Use the Tax lot Info button to click a tax lot in the map. This will open the Identify Tab where basic property information is available. Along with two links, Tax Map for a PDF of the relevant tax map, and Property Research for a full detail of assessment and tax (A&T) information. The Ground Coordinates provided are based on the location clicked. Elevation is an average elevation based on the USGS DEM, averaged for each 10 Meter square area. |
| Search Options Tab: |
| Click the Search button to open the Search Options Tab. From here you can Search by Tax Lot Number, Street Address, or Owner Name. For each you can enter either the entire Tax Lot, Street Address, or Owner’s last name. For example for Tax Lot, you may enter 1614000000100, or 1614, but not 100. For example Street Address, one might enter 300 NE 3rd St, or 300, but not 300 3rd St. For example for Owner Name, one might search Smith, or Smith, William. |
